In consideration of being allowed to participate in the tour/activity, you and all the participants of your group acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:
You are aware that there are dangers and risks inherent to a tour and to outdoor activities.
You accept all the inherent risks of the above activities and the possibility of personal injury, death, property damage or loss resulting therefrom.
You likewise acknowledge that whatever accident or any untoward incident that might occur during the tour will be your sole responsibility and shall free Escapes Philippines Inc. and its suppliers from whatever legal liabilities appertaining thereto hereby quitclaiming any right to collect damages from ESCAPES PHILIPPINES INC, its personnel and suppliers.
