Your booking with us indicates that you and all participants of your group agree to be bound by our Cancellation Policy, Waiver and Terms and Conditions.
Cancellation of the Tour by You (the Client)
For a day tour, you can get a full refund** of your payment or option to reschedule (subject to slot availability) as long as we receive your written correspondence (email, mail) advisory at least 7 days* before the tour date.
For a multi-day tour (a tour that last more than 24 hours),you can get a full refund** of your payment or option to reschedule (subject to slot availability) as long as we receive your written (email) advisory at least 30 days* before the tour date
* applies regardless on when you inquired, booked and paid the tour, hence it also applies for last-minute booking.
Cancellation of the Tour by Us (the Company)
If Escapes Philippines Inc. has to cancel the tour for any reason (including bad weather), we give a full refund** of your payment or option to reschedule your tour (subject to slot availability) as long as the cancellation happened before the day of the tour.
If the tour has already started and Escapes Philippines Inc. is forced to cancel, abort or cut short the tour, no refund and no option to reschedule will be given.
** refund will be processed within a maximum of 15 banking days through cash deposit or online fund transfer if you have an account in one of the major banks in the Philippines (BDO, Metrobank, BPI, China bank, PNB, Security Bank etc.) If you have paid online through PayPal, refund will be processed via PayPal but take note that the PayPal service charge (around 5% of your payment) won’t be refunded. If you don’t have an account in one of the major banks in the Philippines or you can’t accept PayPal payment, the refund will be collected by you in cash and in Philippine pesos at our office.
No-Show Policy
Failure to show up on time on the tour date means forfeiture of any and all funds paid for the travel. The remaining balance of the no-show participant(s)of your group will still be collected from your group.
