Booking Process

TO BOOK AND SECURE YOUR TOUR PACKAGE, YOU NEED TO SEND US THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION.
Copy or photo of passports of all travelers.
Confirmation travel date to start the tour.
Specify type of accommodation (double or twin bed).
Emails from all travelers (for any emergency).
Air flight data (Time of arrival to Rio de Janeiro Brasil the first day, flight number, name of the airline).
Air flight data (Time of departure flight from Río de Janeiro the last day, flight number, name of the airline).
Phone number or whatsapp to contact you.
Payment of $ 1500 USD per person as guarantee, the rest has to be pay 1 or 2 weeks before start of the tour.
ONCE PAYMENT IS CONPLETED, WE WILL CONFIRM YOUR BOOKING AND SEND YOU THE CONTRACT OF THE TOUR WITH
THE UPDATE ITINERARY

ON THE DAY 1 OF THE ITINERARY
SEPTEMBER 3RD:
You can arrive to Río de Janeiro Brasil, any time morning or afternoon, you have to consider the
check in at the hotel in Rio is after 1:00 PM.
ON THE DAY 19 OF THE ITINERARY
SEPTEMBER 21ST:
For the return flight from Río de Janeiro to your country, it is recommended to depart in the late
evening after 8:00 PM, This will give you enought time to be at the AirPort with out any hurry, you
have to consider our last domestic flight from Lima is arriving to Rio de Janeiro around 4:30 PM.
