Booking & Logistics
Bookings usually require a non-refundable down payment (often 50%) at the time of booking. Full payment is typically required if booking within 7–14 days of departure. Specific refund amounts depend on the airline and hotel’s own policies.
Once full payment is confirmed, you will receive a booking number and initial confirmation via email. Final hotel vouchers and tour details are generally sent 24–48 hours before your travel date.
Costs & Payments
Usually, it is not included in the ticket price unless specified. The standard rate is ₱1,620 for Economy/Business class and ₱2,700 for First Class.
We accept various methods including bank deposits (BPI/BDO), credit cards via PayPal, and international remittances through Western Union.
You can pay online via the TIEZA website or the eTravel portal, or in person at the airport’s TIEZA counter on the day of departure.
Destination & Travel Tips
Most domestic flights include a 7kg carry-on limit. We highly recommend pre-purchasing checked baggage to avoid high fees at the airport check-in counter.
For beach destinations like Boracay or Palawan, the dry season from December to May offers the best weather.
Documentation & Requirements
Yes, registration on the official eTravel portal is mandatory for all arriving and departing passengers, including children. It is free of charge and should be completed within 72 hours before your flight.
To ensure a smooth departure, prepare your round-trip e-tickets, hotel vouchers, and proof of financial capacity or employment. For minors not traveling with both parents, a DSWD travel clearance may be necessary.
You must provide a valid government-issued ID, an authenticated birth certificate from the PSA, and a printed appointment confirmation. Personal appearance at a DFA office is required.
